Lucie lives in Hertfordshire and absolutely loves her hometown. She has been working in customer service and hospitality for the past 11 years and truly believes that no gesture is too big in making someone feel appreciated and welcomed. From working directly with patients she has expanded her knowledge and has found a passion for customer service, care and has realised how much she loves meeting people. She loves being able to put nervous patients at ease with her friendly and bright disposition.
